We work in close partnership with employers to develop the professional competencies of students in higher education. Our employer partnership scheme has been designed to make employers key players in developing the careers of young people.
Through our scheme employers can access training grants to create part-time work-based learning opportunities for students in higher education.
Future will provide your organisation with our competency development framework to assess, maintain and monitor the knowledge, skills, and attributes of the trainees. The objective is not only to give our learners professional experience but also to help your business expand its workforce and grow.
